You may appear to be managing on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted. I offer therapy to help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and shift them, using an integrative approach that includes IFS, EFIT, ERP, EFT Tapping, and SFBT.
I provide secure online therapy for adults and teens (16+) across Ontario by phone or video.

You might look like you're managing well, but inside you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.
You may be:
Overthinking, replaying conversations, or stuck in mental loops
Experiencing intrusive thoughts, compulsive checking, or reassurance-seeking
Struggling with focus, follow-through, or procrastination
People-pleasing or having difficulty setting boundaries
Feeling burned out or stretched too thin
Navigating a life transition (school, work, relationship, parenthood)
Even when you're doing your best, you may still feel stuck or off track. Therapy can help you slow down, understand what’s driving the patterns, and move forward with more clarity.
I work primarily with high-functioning individuals who may appear to be managing well, but feel overwhelmed internally.

Difficulty relaxing, switching off, or feeling satisified
Build self-compassion, confidence, and boundaries
My goal is to help you build insight, gain clarity, and make meaningful changes. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and tailored to your goals. In our first session, we'll focus on what feels most pressing and identify a direction forward.
I take and integrative approach, drawing primarily from:
Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore different parts of yourself that may feel anxious, stuck, critical, or protective, and to build more self-compassion and clarity.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFIT)
Depending on your needs and goals, I may also incorporate elements of:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
For OCD, I use IFS and ERP to reduce compulsions and build tolerance to uncertainty. A session time of 90-minutes is required to provide sufficient time to review your week, explore parts involved in the OCD cycle, and do in-session work.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
