You might look like you're managing well — showing up for work, school, or your relationships — but inside, you're overwhelmed, disconnected, or just tired of holding everything together. Maybe you're juggling multiple roles, navigating a life transition, or questioning who you are and what comes next.
You might be doing everything you can to keep up, but still feel like something’s off beneath the surface. Maybe you're managing stress, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or relationship concerns — and wondering how much longer you can keep doing it all alone.
You may also be someone who’s creative or driven — but struggling with procrastination, burnout, or following through on the things that matter most to you.
I help individuals navigate the stress and complexities in their inner and outer worlds, and work with them to find clarity, meaning, and direction, so they can live a more intentional life.
Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in familiar patterns? Perhaps you're navigating a difficult life change, high expectations at work or school, or struggling to bring your ideas to life. Therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, reset, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
I support adults, teens (16 and older), students, and couples across Ontario. Here are some of the key areas we can work on together:
Find Calm & Clarity:
Break cycles of rumination, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded in your daily life.
Embrace Your Worth:
Soften the inner critic, cultivate self-compassion, release the need for perfection, and build self-worth.
Build Focus & Flow:
Strengthen follow-through, reduce procrastination, and overwhelm.
Navigate Change with Clarity:
Process changes and life transitions, clarify your values, and find meaning and direction.
Strengthen Your Connections:
Improve communication, reduce people-pleasing, set healthy boundaries, and foster truly authentic relationships.
Unlock Your Creative Flow:
Work through blocks and self-doubt, and bring your projects and ideas to life.

You may be navigating stress and complexities in both your inner and outer world — trying to stay afloat while wondering what it would feel like to move through life with more clarity, direction, and intention. Therapy offers a space to make sense of what’s going on and reconnect with what matters most to you.
In our first session, we’ll start wherever you are. That might mean unpacking what brought you here or diving into something specific. Together, we’ll explore what’s been getting in the way, clarify your goals, and shape our work around what feels most meaningful to you.
My approach is person-centred and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches to help you explore what's getting in the way and create lasting change:
to explore different parts of you that may feel anxious, stuck, critical, or protective, and to build more self-compassion and clarity.
to support nervous system regulation and reduce emotional intensity.
to clarify your goals, and build momentum through small, manageable steps.
Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate elements of: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Polyvagal Theory, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

— Carl Rogers
Not at all. Many clients don’t have a formal diagnosis, they just know something isn’t working and want to feel more grounded, clear, or connected.
