I became a therapist after years of balancing work, part-time studies, and family life — and one day realizing how little I truly knew about myself. I grew up in the Greater Toronto Area and often found myself navigating roles, expectations, and emotions without a roadmap.
Therapy gave me the space to slow down, ask better questions, and understand myself and others in a deeper way. I now aim to offer that same kind of space to others — supportive, collaborative, and respectful of where you're starting from.
I support adults, teens (16 and older), and post-secondary students navigating a range of challenges such as:
ADHD, focus, and productivity challenges
Anxiety, OCD, overthinking, and rumination
Perfectionism, low self-esteem, shame
Burnout, stress, procrastination, or difficulty following through on projects (common for creatives)
Relationship or communication difficulties
Whether you’re trying to keep up or slow down, we can work together to move toward what matters to you.
You may be managing stress, pressure, or uncertainty in ways others can’t see, and wondering whether therapy could help. My approach is tailored to your needs, meeting you where you are.
I work with adults and students who are managing a lot on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. I understand the pressures that come with being a student, professional, partner, and parent.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and lifelong learner, I provide care that is warm and reflective. My approach is integrative, which means I tailor sessions based on what you bring in and what supports your growth. I primarily draw from:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Depending on your needs and goals, I may also incorporate elements of:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Polyvagal Theory
My goal is to help you navigate inner and outer challenges, gain clarity, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, child, extended family, and friends. I also enjoy exploring nature, painting; and learning about health, psychology, and self-development.
I help individuals navigate the stress and complexities in their inner and outer worlds, and work with them to find clarity, meaning, and direction, so they can live a more intentional life.
