Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
A minimum of 24-hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without charge.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments are also subject to this fee.
Insurance and receipts
Insurance and receipts
Psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP, but many private insurance plans do offer partial or full coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
Before booking, check with your provider to confirm:
Whether psychotherapy is covered
If a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is an eligible provider
Your coverage limits per hour and per year
After each session, you'll receive a receipt that can be submitted for reimbursement.
