I became a therapist after years of balancing work, part-time studies, and family life — and one day realizing how little I actually knew about myself beneath it all. I grew up in the Greater Toronto Area and often found myself navigating roles, expectations, and emotions without a roadmap.
Therapy gave me the space to slow down, ask better questions, and understand myself and others in a deeper way. I now aim to offer that same kind of space to others — supportive, collaborative, and respectful of where you're starting from.
I support adults, post-secondary students, and couples navigating a range of challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, relationship stress, communication difficulties, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. I also work with writers and creatives navigating blocks, burnout, and follow-through struggles.
Whether you’re trying to keep up or slow down, we can work together to move toward what matters to you.
You might be navigating stress, pressure, or uncertainty in ways others can’t see — and wondering whether therapy could offer something helpful or grounding. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
I work with adults, students, and couples who are managing a lot on the outside, but feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside.
I understand the internal and external pressures that come with being a student, professional, partner, and parent. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and lifelong learner, I’m committed to providing care that is warm, reflective, and grounded in evidence-based approaches.
My approach is integrative, which means I tailor sessions based on what you bring in and what supports your growth. I draw from:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help shift patterns in thoughts and behaviours
Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work to explore inner parts that feel stuck, critical, or protective
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to build momentum through small, meaningful steps
I also integrate elements of Person-Centered, Existential, DBT-informed, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches.
When helpful, I may offer strategies, tools, or reflection exercises between sessions to help you apply what we discuss to your day-to-day life. My goal is to meet you where you are, offer thoughtful support, and help create meaningful change and lasting progress.
I help individuals navigate the stress and complexities in their inner and outer worlds, and work with them to find clarity, meaning, and direction, so they can live a more intentional life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, child, extended family, and friends. I also enjoy exploring nature, painting, and learning about health, psychology, and self-development.
