You might look like you're managing well — showing up for work, school, or your relationships — but inside, you're overwhelmed, disconnected, or just tired of holding everything together. Maybe you're juggling multiple roles, navigating a life transition, or questioning who you are and what comes next.
You might be doing everything you can to keep up, but still feel like something’s off beneath the surface. Maybe you're managing stress, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or relationship concerns — and wondering how much longer you can keep doing it all alone.
You may also be someone who’s creative or driven — but struggling with procrastination, burnout, or following through on the things that matter most to you.
I help individuals navigate the stress and complexities in their inner and outer worlds, and work with them to find clarity, meaning, and direction, so they can live a more intentional life.
Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in familiar patterns? Perhaps you're navigating a difficult life change, high expectations at work or school, or struggling to bring your ideas to life. Therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, reset, and discover a path that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
I support adults, students, and couples across Ontario who are ready for change. Here are some of the key areas where we can work together:
Find Calm & Clarity:
Break cycles of worry, quiet the inner critic, and feel more grounded in your daily life.
Build Focus & Flow:
Develop practical strategies to manage ADHD, overcome procrastination, and achieve your goals with greater ease.
Embrace Your Worth:
Cultivate self-compassion, release the need for perfection, and build self-worth.
Strengthen Your Connections:
Improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and foster truly authentic relationships.
Navigate Change with Clarity:
Gain confidence through life's transitions, clarify your values, and find meaning and direction.
Unlock Your Creative Flow:
Overcome blocks, transform procrastination, and bring your projects and ideas to life.

You may be navigating stress and complexities in both your inner and outer world — trying to stay afloat while wondering what it would feel like to move through life with more clarity, direction, and intention. Therapy offers a space to make sense of what’s going on and reconnect with what matters most to you.
In our first session, we’ll start wherever you are — whether that means unpacking what brought you here or diving into something specific. Together, we’ll explore what’s been getting in the way, clarify your goals, and shape our work around what feels meaningful to you. When helpful, I may suggest tools, reflections, or strategies between sessions to support change in your day-to-day life.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to what works best for you. I draw from several evidence-based modalities, to help you explore what's getting in the way and find lasting change:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you notice and shift patterns in your thoughts and behaviours
Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work to explore inner parts that feel stuck, critical, or protective
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to build momentum through small, achievable steps
I also incorporate elements of Person-Centered, Existential, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed approaches, depending on what supports your goals and needs.
“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”
— Carl Rogers
Not at all. Many clients don’t have a formal diagnosis — they just know something isn’t working and want to feel more grounded, clear, or connected.

Absolutely. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many of my clients appear high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or burnt out inside.
